Non-toxic, non-absorbent and easy to clean, these extra thick boards will help eliminate dangerous bacteria with ease. Racks are sold separately (J027).Each kit contains a board for raw meat, raw fish, raw poultry, fruit and veg, cooked meat, and dairy.Where possible please wash by hand using a non-chlorinated solution. For LDPE it is advised that washing in a dishwasher could cause warping & bowing of the board.
